Material

Ex warehouse: Hard PVC foil, 159μ to 400μ in grey and white.
PP-foils in white and grey, 140μ thickness.
Other colours and thickness are also deliverable in the short term. We are very much prepared to send you a colour collection if required. Special colours can also be delivered in a minimum quantity of 1,000 kg. Please state colours in Pantone, HKS or RAL.

Punched holes

diameter of the holes from 5 - 8mm, according to use and mechanism
mechanism up to 15mm = 5 – 5.5mm, up to 50mm = 6.5 - 7mm, from 55mm = 8mm.
distance between the holes, edge to centre A5 = 7.5mm; A4 = 11 mm.
ATTENTION! In case of ring mechanism up to 20mm distance = 7.5mm.

Tab size

Standard 15mm, if required other sizes are deliverable.

TAB CUT

Partitioning corresponding to height of the sheets, number of sheets or to your specification.

PAY ATTENTION TO:

1. The diameter of the holes depends on the gauge of the wire respectively of the binder. The higher the filling of the
   mechanism the thicker the wire. Adjusted punches grant for an easy flip of the pages.
2. The DISTANCE BETWEEN THE EDGE OF THE SINGLE SHEETS AND THE CENTRE OF THE HOLES is
   sufficient, if singe sheets can be flipped accurately and do not touch each other in the middle of the mechanism.
